Delivery and Returns

All our quotations are EXW prices, the shipping cost and lead time vary with the quanties you need. In normal condition, it's about 3-4 working days for samples, 15 days for 500 pcs, 20 days for 1000 pcs...

We have necessary inventory for all the items, to make sure that we can generally ship the goods within 48 hours. 

What's more, all orders are directly shipped by DHL (Our DHL account: 603092611, Our UPS Account: 00003X0534)

DHL /UPS will send the products to your desk in 2-6 days. If the value of goods is relatively high, DHL will also help you complete customs clearance.

Before shipping, each order's goods will be carefully tested to ensure that customers receive the perfect items. 

For every shipment, goods are packaged in the most rigorous way, to prevent possible damages during transport.

When you receive the goods, please check them in front of DHL deliveryman. If damaged, please try to obtain local DHL's documentary evidence of breakage, and meanwhile, contact us to send the detailed packaging and product photos.

If packaging is intact, customers should check the products within 3 days, if something is broken or missing during transport, please promptly contact your local DHL and send us detailed packaging and product's photos. 

We are committed to returning or exchanging goods for customers in this case that there are quality problems, or inconsistent with the invoice, or can not work under normal use, within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

In normal warranty period ( 1-year warranty), we are committed to providing customers with free maintenance if there are quality problems under normal use. 

We provide free repairs for customers and send you the items with recent order together, rather than send the repaired goods alone, and we will bear the delivery costs back.

If there is any quality problem within 7 days, you can return the goods.

You need to contact our online sales for shipping address and consignee. And ensure the satety and noless of the goods back to us.

After checking, if the goods number is correct, and there is no man-made damage, we will give you a full refund within 3 working days.

The shipping cost of sending the goods back needs to be paid by clients.
